This is a picture of my campus ministry on a hiking trip, my second artifact.. The people in my ministry have been a huge source of support and strength throughout my time at UNC Charlotte. In this ministry, I have discovered a love for teaching. I love teaching others about the Bible and how it can be applied to our daily lives, and this love of teaching has transferred over to areas such as nursing. As a student nurse, the best days are the ones where I get to teach my patients how to take better care of themselves. I also learned how to be a leader. It doesn't take a perfect person to lead - it only takes the willingness to step up and use my talents and experiences to serve those around me.
